About Wound2.Care

Q: What is Wound2.Care?
A: Wound2.Care is the first nationwide AI-powered wound evaluation and care coordination platform.

We use advanced AI to analyze wounds, determine severity, and instantly connect patients with licensed providers for house calls, telehealth, or in-clinic treatment — available across all 52 U.S. states and territories.

Q: How does the AI evaluation work?
A: You simply upload a photo or answer guided questions about your wound.
Our AI instantly identifies the wound type, urgency, and recommended next step — whether it’s a same-day house call, telehealth visit, or in-person care at a nearby clinic.

Q: Is Wound2.Care a medical provider?
A: No. Wound2.Care itself is not a medical practice.
We partner with licensed wound-care clinicians and clinics who deliver all medical services.
Our AI technology assists in triage, coordination, and scheduling.

Q: Is this service available everywhere in the U.S.?
A: Yes — Wound2.Care operates in all 52 states and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Washington D.C.
We continue expanding our provider network to ensure coverage in every region.

Wound Care House Calls

Q: What are wound care house calls?
A: Wound care house calls bring professional wound treatment to your home, hotel, or care facility.
Our providers perform dressing changes, debridement, NPWT setup, grafting, and more — coordinated through the Wound2.Care platform.

Q: How quickly can a provider visit my home?
A: In most metro areas, same-day or next-day visits are available.
In rural regions, care is usually scheduled within 24–48 hours.

Q: Can providers perform advanced treatments like grafting or NPWT during a house call?
A: Yes, many of our licensed clinicians are trained to perform advanced wound therapies at home, including graft applications, NPWT (negative pressure wound therapy), and biologic dressings.
If a treatment requires a facility setting, we’ll coordinate a clinic appointment immediately.
